This is a Betty Everett song that Alex and I have been singing together for years. It's happy sad, Yin and Yang, boy and girl. Ta da! In the 60's they had a knack for writing a song that lulled you into a false sense of security with a beautiful melody and infectious groove while tugging on your heartstrings lyrically. We turned the lights down low, made the tempo real slow and let love rule. Monique mopped up the tears with her Nord.
